A Texas Tech Guard called Midland Police Department (MPD) who
responded to a theft that occurred at the TTPB building in Midland. An
internal medicine patient accused another patient of stealing his wallet at the
counter while presenting his insurance card. The Midland Police Department
is investigating. See TTPD incident report # 11-014OD and Midland Police
