Officer Barkley detained two students after an observed traffic violation in the
1500 block of Flint Avenue and a subsequent traffic stop in the 1400 block of
Flint Avenue. Both students were both issued a Lubbock County citation for
consumption of alcohol by a minor, then released. See offense report # 081153.

SHIFT 3
Officer Sharp and Officer Babcock detained numerous students following the
report of a loud party in room 223 of Murray Hall. Five students were cited
and released for possession of alcohol by a minor. Two students were released
pending the filing of charges for theft/possession of stolen property. See
