Minutes of the Special Board of Trustees Meeting
September 9, 2015
PRESENT: John Bartelsmeyer, Bernita Hill, John Kerr, Dana McKenney (via phone), Liz Meyer, (via phone), and
Robert Nelson (via phone).
ALSO PRESENT: Alysia Johnston – President, Juley McDaniel – Board Clerk, Julie Eichenberger, Jacob
Reichard, Mindy Russell, Robert Goltra, Bailey Lyons, and Loretta George (Tribune).
Chairman John Bartelsmeyer called the meeting to order at 7:32 am.
CONSIDERATION OF PUBLISHING NOTICE OF HEARING AMENDING THE 2015/16 BUDGET: A
motion was made by Hill, seconded by Meyer, and carried by unanimous vote to approve publication of a revised
budget for the 2015/2016 year.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Trustees, a motion to adjourn was made at
7:38 p.m. by Kerr, seconded by Hill, and carried by unanimous vote.
