Lorraine Stipek, senior director of Global
Business and Operations leads operations
strategy and drives business transformation
to maximize the effectiveness of the world
wide sales organization. Her global teams
create and manage sales process designed
to maximize results in alignment to company strategy and industry best-practice. Lorraine’s global focus has
included the evolution of operational capability and performance
through shared services and operational innovation to meet dynamic company, market and customer needs. Under her leadership the
mission of the Global Business and Operations has been to optimize
efficiency and increase customer satisfaction across business lines
and to manage the evolution from product-based technical sales to
customer-based solutions.
Prior to her 14 years in Business Operations, she spent 6 years as an
NI sales manager in the Midwest and was a test engineer at McDonnell Douglas. She holds BSEE from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis
