There was discussion about inviting M. Koon to
next month’s meeting to discuss updates with
Continuing Ed
Approvals from January
D. Cresap stated that all approvals by the
committee that were made in January had made it
through the rest of the approval process (VPAA
and President). N. Albert stated that Division
Chairs needing to make changes to the schedule for
2011-2012 as a result of a curriculum change
should complete them now.

Discussion
R. Malek stated that she is removing the
Pre/Corequisite of Read 95 and Eng 90 or
satisfactory Reading and Writing scores to BA 117
and revising the course description for BA 222 in
include Power Point Presentations since CIT 182
is being removed from the CIT curriculum. It will
be removed from business (3 programs) and 2
2+2s. L. Kefauver pointed out that the “and/or”
condition on the pre/corequisites for BA 222
should be “or”. There was no further discussion.

Paralegal Post Audit Review
L. Kefauver
L. Kefauver presented the Post Audit Review of the
Paralegal AAS and CP programs as required by the
WVCTC. There was some discussion about
strategies to increase recruitment, thereby
increasing retention and graduation.
