Suhuyini Abudulai is an associate in the Financial Services Group. Her practice focuses on commercial
lending transactions, representing lenders and borrowers in domestic and multi-jurisdictional financing
transactions, and advising Canadian and non-Canadian financial institutions and businesses on regulatory
compliance matters in financial services and the payments industry, including compliance with consumer

Black Female Lawyers Network and was recently appointed Vice-Chair of the Lawyers of Color Subcommittee
of the American Bar Association, which was organized to lead the efforts of the Business Law Section and
Diversity Committee of the ABA in attracting lawyers of color and addressing issues of relevance to this
constituency.
