The project followed the USGBC’s sustainability guideline for commercial interiors: LEED-CI. Project summary: Capital & expense funding included new HVAC controls and elevator upgrade. Bottom line: The project helped offset some of the significant impacts that US building have on the environment while creating healthier and more comfortable office spaces that also reduced operation costs.
