Motion to Remove Treasurer
Strike system: Executive Voted, 2-1 to enact strike system and recognize violation as
outlined in section 3 of the By-laws.
Violation/ First Strike
Failure to perform officer duties as of section 3 of the By-laws.
Solution:
Start performing duties as outline in a letter from the Executive Board. Show
improvement.
If no improvement, then grounds for dismissal from the executive.
Treasurer has until January 15, 2014 to show regular improvement or there will be
an executive vote for removal.
