Public Health Sciences Grand Rounds “Incorporating Genetics into Epidemiological and Prevention Research” Presented By Gene Brody, Ph.D Research Professor Department of Behavioral Sciences and Health Education Rollins School of Public Health Dr. Brody leads the Center for Contextual Genetics and Prevention Science (CGAPS) at Emory and UGA. CGAPS is one of six Core Centers of Excellence supported by the National Institute of Drug Abuse. His research is focused on collecting and analyzing data that explore how the relationship between genetic and social determinants affects the health and well-being of children and young adults.
