Jason Martinez is an area manager and a campus recruiter for buckle. He started
his career with buckle in 1993 and has over 23 years of experience in sales and
recruitment. He attended Kansas state university from 1993-1997 where he
studied business and social sciences. His skills are in leadership development with
a focus on entrepreneurship and business. Jason is also a part of the management
development team for buckle and currently working on re writing the company's
leadership training manuals. Jason's life-long passion is developing young
entrepreneurs to lead by adding value to people.
