JOB TITLE: Junior Investment Representative

POSITION PURPOSE:
This position will assist the Senior Broker in servicing existing clients as well as solicit new
clients to generate commission fee income and identify cross sell opportunities.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES PERFORMED:
1.
Meet with clients and offer various solutions to meet their financial needs.
2.
Refer clients with complex needs to Senior Broker when necessary.
3.
Assist Senior Broker in servicing existing clients.
4.
Call on and develop Senior Brokers C&D clients into A&B clients.
5.
Call on outside clients.
6.
Network and build pipeline with internal and external centers of influence including
attending various community and banking events.
7.
Execute unsolicited orders per customer request.
8.
Develop and implement strategic plan to integrate brokerage services throughout the bank.
9.
Cross-sell banking products to brokerage customers
10.
Perform all operation duties necessary to carry out customer transactions.
11.
Perform other duties, work overtime, and attend classes or seminars as requested by
supervisor.
12.
Maintain department confidentiality.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Broker license is required.
2.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
3.
Possess good spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
4.
Ability to exercise procedures necessary to perform operational duties.
