for my room and meal plan.
_______ I understand that if I cancel the University Student and Hospitality Servi ces Residence Hall Contract, my
Student Business Services account will be charged the amount due for any damages.
_______ I understand that all damage charges are billed and collected electronically by Student Business Servi ce
through eRaider accounts and are subject to late fees.
_______ I understand that I am responsible for checking my Student Business Services account through eRaider even
once I leave the university to be sure all charges are taken care of.
