A Texas Tech Police Officer arrested a male non-student, following a traffic
stop at the 5100 block of El Paso Drive. A warrant check revealed several
outstanding El Paso County and City arrest warrants. He was remanded to an
El Paso County Deputy for transport and booked into the El Paso County
Detention Facility. See incident report # 14-143EP.
