A Texas Tech Officer documented information in reference to a medical,
which occurred in the R1 parking lot. A student fell off of a skateboard and hit
his head on the pavement. The student was transported to University Medical
Center Emergency Room by Emergency Medical Services. See incident report
# 14-0397.
A Texas Tech Officer documented a medical, which occurred Rawls College
of Business Aministration. A non-student had a seizure and was transported to
University Medical Center Emergency Room by Emergency Medical
Services. See incident report # 14-0398.
A Texas Tech Officer investigated an accident, without injuries and duty on
striking unattended vehicle, which occurred in the R7 parking lot. See state
accident report # 14-0399 and offense report # 14-0400.

A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for driving while license invalid,
which occurred in the 1700 block of Flint Avenue. The student was
transported and booked into the Lubbock County Jail. The student’s vehicle
was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report 14-0401.
A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for public intoxication, which
occurred at the Texas Tech Police Department, following a meeting with the
student about a criminal trespass from the Student Union Building. The
student was also charged with criminal mischief, which occurred while being
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The student kicked and damaged the
back passenger door of the vehicle he was transported in. See offense report
#14-0402.
A Texas Tech Officer investigated criminal mischief, which occurred at the
Z3L parking lot. An unknown person(s) poured sugar in a student vehicle’s
gas tank. See offense report #14-0403.
