A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for driving while license invalid,
and two instanter Lubbock County citations, following a traffic stop in the
University Medical Center D2 parking lot. The non-student was transported
to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was released to her daughter-in-law
at her request. See offense report #14-0811.
