A Texas Tech Police Officer arrested one female non-student and one male
non-student for Assault Family Violence following an investigation at the
Texas Tech Health Sciences Center Family Medicine area. It was determined
that both were engaged in a mutual combat situation and both were
transported to the Lubbock County Detention Center for the violation. See
case# 14-0451.
