Minutes
The minutes from the Sixth Meeting, dated November 11, 2003, were approved.
MGMT 468
The committee approved a change in prerequisite and corequisite for MGMT 468. (See
page 1 of 1)
Ethics in the
Curriculum
Composition of the ethics task force was discussed.
Assessment
Discussion of the Undergraduate Learning Outcome Assessment Process took place.
Discussion will continue at the next meeting.
Enrollment
Management
Management of the growth of student enrollment was discussed. Further discussion will
take place at a future meeting.
Online Courses
The committee continued its discussion of online courses. Which of our peer schools are
offering online courses and how they are handling them will be studied.
Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 3:08 p.m.
Next Meeting
The next meeting will be on Tuesday, January 13, at 2:00 p.m.

468. STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT (3). … PRQ: ACCY 331 (for ACCY majors); FINA 330,
FINA 340, and FINA 350 (for FINA majors); MGMT 335 and MGMT 355 (for MGMT and
business administration majors); OMIS 340T (for OMIS majors); CRQ: OMIS 498 (for OMIS
majors); MKTG 495 (for MKTG majors); or consent of department.
Rationale: The current corequisite for OMIS majors taking MGMT 468 is OMIS 498. This
prevents OMIS students from taking MGMT 468 during the summer prior to their senior year.
Changing the prerequisite to OMIS 340T will satisfy the requirement that students take MGMT
468 after their junior year.
