The Agenda Committee will meet not later than the first Tuesday of the
month when Senate meetings are on the second Wednesday and second T esday
when Senate meetings are or. the third Wednesday. Items for the age da
should be presented, when possible, in time for the Agenda Committe to
consider them. If the item is involved, a short explanation, which will
be attached to the agenda, is desirable. (See Bylaws) It is our h pe
that you will receive the agenda on the Friday prior to the meeting.
