Pending courses must be revised and approved by the committee by August 4 th
for grad courses and August 14 th
for undergrad courses to be sent to the next Academic Council meeting. New course proposals are due to Savannah Leonard or Janie Lopez by August 10 th
to be added to the next college curriculum committee meeting agenda

An Xtender folder has been set up for the committee to use to electronically file and keep track of course approval forms. Committee members were asked to provide their eRaider username for access to this folder.

It was announced that CassiDe Street has replaced Holly Cogdell as Coordinator of Student
Retention for CASNR.

Committee members were reminded that the August Commencement Ceremony will be held
August 8 th
at 1:30 p.m. There will not be a college reception following commencement. The expected UG graduate numbers and outstanding issues for each department were share in the table below.
