Claire Campbell PCC-S, ATR is an Adjunct Faculty member in the CASAL department as well as the Director of the Counseling and Academic Success Clinic at Cleveland State University. Claire completed her graduate training at Ursuline College receiving an Exceptional Research Award for her research thesis investigating female adolescent identity utilizing a feminist approach to art therapy. Claire is both a licensed clinical counselor and registered art therapist who uses relationship, language, art therapy, and mindfulness practices to guide her clinical counseling practice, supervision and teaching. Claire has presented workshops locally and nationally on trauma informed care, compassion fatigue, art therapy in relation to treatment and wellness practices spanning the past 20 years. Claire is an advocate for a holistic approach to counseling and sustainable treatment and wellness practices for clients, clinicians, colleagues and students alike. Claire also works in private practice in Cleveland, Ohio.
