34th Street Housing
Non-Resident Access Request Form
The Office of University Housing will grant access to 34th Street Housing chapter houses to non-residents upon
the following conditions:
1. The requesting student is a member of the organization
2. The request is approved by the House Director
3. The request is approved by the Chapter Advisor
In addition to the above, the non-resident agrees that:
1. The access to the Chapter House is a privilege and can be terminated by the Office of University Housing at
anytime.
2. Access to the house will be for legitimate, organization-related functions and business only
3. The non-resident will comply with all University policies while inside the property as well as all House Rules and
directives of University Housing staff.
4. The non-resident will not provide access to other non-residents or non-members of the Organization
5. The front door of the property will not be propped open without prior approval from the Office of University Housing
