Fred Donaldson Creating Something Delicious in Our Outdoor Kitchen Exploring Dirt and Some Worms Our New Water Table! Just Our Size! Discovering Nature on Our Playground! THE LOREM IPSUMS FALL 2016 Our Learning Adventures This week we were excited to explore some aspects of nature such as pinecones, worms, sand, water, and a very large toad! We also talked about our shoes as the children explored books and the dress up items regarding this topic. The humid weather also provided ample opportunity to splash in our new water table and to plant some grass seed. The infants and toddlers later joined the preschoolers for music time with instruments and plenty of dancing! We were all excited to sing songs about butterflies and to observe the Monarch that was released just yesterday morning! Even with such a short week our class participated in baking some delicious blueberry muffins! The children were excellent helpers in pouring, mixing, and eventually tasting our creation!
