Our Learning Experiences
This week the children
assisted in decorating our room
for the Holidays. The various
activities included the
exploration of glitter, glue,
peppermint play dough, and our
classroom Christmas tree. We
would like to thank Charlie and
her family for the play dough
too! The students also explored
magnetic letters, magnetic
shapes, stickers, shaving cream,
and colored scarves.
The toddler group also
helped to create a delicious
batch of Chocolate Chip Bars.
Several of the students sampled
a few chips before we began our
cooking endeavor, but the end
result was amazing!
Music time included songs
and finger poems about snow,
bells, and snowflakes! The
students danced and played the
bells to various Holiday
favorites.
