I t a p p e a r e d from
t h e d i s c u s s i o n t h a t t h e c l a u s e a s now d r a f t e d w o u l d h e l i k e l y
t o meet w i t h g e n e r a l a c c e p t a n c e and would he r e g a r d e d a s g i v i n g
e f f e c t i n a s a t i s f a c t o r y manner t o the compromise to which
a g r e e m e n t was g i v e n a t t h e P a r t y m e e t i n g .

c o n t i n u e t o a p p l y t o m u r d e r s c o m m i t t e d -with " e x p r e s s m a l i c e '

b u r g l a r y and h o u s e - b r e a k i n g , v i o l e n t a f f r a y s by
g a n g s , u n l a w f u l u s e of e x p l o s i v e s , r a p e , sodomy
and i n d e c e n t a s s a u l t s ) j
( b )
m u r d e r s of c o n s t a b l e s a c t i n g i n t h e e x e c u t i o n
