It’s less than a month away and we’re missing one part to make it a success – you! We hope you will be a part of this wonderful parish weekend. Whatever time you can give, we can use your help. All skill levels needed: Set-Up/Clean-Up Crew, Computer Techies, Crafts and Activities, Food Set-Up/Clean-Up, and Pick-Up Desserts. Please fill out a form and sign up at the back of the church. You can also volunteer by contacting Catherine Downing at cfdesq@hotmail.com or 617.782.5812. BUILDING A HOME IN MAMRE, CAMEROON The parish is very blessed to have the presence of Fr. Maurice Ashley with us as he completes his Theology studies. Most of us have benefited from his beautiful preaching, singing and celebration of the Liturgy. Fr. Maurice and his family are trying to build a home for their "mum" in Mamfe. Their resources are very limited and we are trying to help them reach this goal. If you would like to contribute to building a home for Maurice's Mum in Mamfe, you can make a check to the parish with a notation for Fr. Maurice. He promises he will sing for all of us his great gratitude. MUSIC MINISTRY AT ST. IGNATIUS As we look forward to September and the return of our music ensembles, we invite any interested singers and instrumentalists to contact us about participation. Music Ministry information is posted on the Church Bulletin Boards, as well as on the Parish Website under the “Ministry” tab. Those interested can also contact Music Director, Michael Burgo at 627-552-6108 or burgo @bc.edu. 1. José Ma Rodríguez Olaizola, sj Fraternalmente, Padre Bob BOOK DISCUSSION We suggested the The Tenth of December by George Saunders as a summer reading book.
