Research Interests:
My research focuses on the negotiation and performance of individuals’ work and non-work
identities. I am interested in the factors that influence people's ability to allocate personal
resources across multiple roles in ways that foster meaning making and sustainability for
individuals, organizations, and society. My work incorporates themes from gender, personality,
positive psychology, and organizational effectiveness and change.
