Per Strateic Plan and Academy Assessment Protocol. Design and conduct freshmen orientations: College 101/Technology Workshop and FRESHMEN FIRST. Fall 2011: thirty sessions of College 101 conducted with estimated "show-rate" of 75% for newly registered freshmen (n=3900); Spring 2012: only three sessions conducted with "show-rate" of 78% by those scheduled to attend. Estimated attendance at FRESHMEN FIRST was 40% for spring and 55% for fall. Per Strategic Plan and Academy Assessment Protocol: numbers of incoming freshmen with CUNFIRST, etc. prior to first day of class.
