Volume
The number of Students
receiving services will
increase each year.
9,589 students received servces
from the center this past year, a
4% increase from the previous
year.
The center is open 6 days a
week; during this academic year,
the center was open on the last 3
Sundays before final exams as
well.

services. The noise and
space issues present
challenges as the
number of students
increases each year.
Concerns include lack of
privacy and quiet for
tutoring sessions, safety
and security, and an
increase in students
complaining that they will
go elsewhere to study
because of the noise and
space issues. We
continue to encourage
students to come for
help during evenings and
on weekends when the
center is less crowded.
Tutor Development
Tutors will complete
surveys regarding
perceptions of personal
