SEMESTER 1, 2015
You are required to attend enrolment on your scheduled date. Please refer to the information in this
document for the exact date, time and location relevant to your course. The dates indicated in this
document are true and correct, so you may disregard the date on your offer letter if it does not match
the schedule in this document.
Important Information for Monash College (Diploma Part 2) Students
Students who have completed a Diploma (Part 2) course at Monash College and progressing into
a Bachelor degree will have different enrolment times and dates to those indicated here. Please
download the relevant ‘Monash College Progressing to Monash University’ enrolment flyer for
dates and locations.
Enrolment
All students must enrol in person on the scheduled enrolment date. You must bring the following to
enrolment:
• Your PRINTED Authority to Enrol
• Your passport
• Your visa details
Authority to Enrol
The Authority to Enrol is the official notification to your faculty that you are ready to enrol.
About 2-3 weeks prior to enrolment this will be emailed to you when you have finalised all application
processes and you are ready to enrol. You must print it and take it with you to your enrolment.
Late Enrolment
If exceptional circumstances prevent you from being able to enrol on time you will need to apply for
late enrolment by emailing latereg@monash.edu with your full name, ID number, course, reason for
late enrolment and the date you expect to arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: Faculty of Business & Economics does not allow students to enrol late. If you are
enrolling into a Business and Economics course and cannot enrol at the scheduled time you will not
be permitted to enrol into Semester 1, 2015.
Continuing Monash students
If you have just completed a course at Monash University and are beginning another, you are required
to enrol in person. This is because you are beginning a new course and you are not re-enrolling, as
you may have done in previous semesters. You cannot use ‘WES’ or ‘Allocate+’. No proxy or online
enrolments are permitted for international students.
Orientation
Orientation (‘O Week’ as it is often called) is a compulsory program which consists of information
sessions, tours and events designed to help you get to know Monash University and particularly your
