Allergic Contact Dermatitis also known as ACD. You can come in contact with Allergic Contact Dermatitis in many different ways. Allergic Contact Dermatitis effects can be detrimental to the welfare of occupational health resulting in skin inflammation, redness, rash, blistering, pain, irritation and discoloration. Employers are required by OSHA to implement that workers use the proper protective gear to reduce the risk of occupational health issues. Data was collected by reviewing literature articles, medical and OSHA websites. The purpose of this presentation is to inform the general public about the effects of Allergic Contact Dermatitis also known as ACD.
