This agreement shall be subject to any and all existing state laws, West Virginia Board of Education
policies, county board of education policies, and such laws, regulations, and rules as may be in effect on
the approval date indicated below, and may not extend beyond 90 days or 720 hours. Furthermore, no
temporary, part-time employee is entitled to receive retirement, health or life insurance, personal leave, or
any other benefit afforded to regular employees.
