The IEP Prior Written Notice also known as PWN is located just below the IEP Testing item on the
navigation menu.
To access this form, first choose a student from the student listing and then select or create an IEP.
Next, click on the prior written notice item from the menu.
The items displayed on this screen are the necessary components of an IEP Prior Written Notice.
It is important to note that this particular prior written notice is to be used exclusively with IEP’s. This
prior written notice may not be used in other scenarios.
To locate the prior written Notice, which may be used in a larger range of situations, visit the Additional
forms section under the Resources item in the menu.
To complete this form, fill out each item as directed in the IEP instructions and then click Save.
