Exemplary Performance/Merit Market Factors Recommended by the Superintendent as appropriate based on current market factors (SPMKT). Administrators may be placed on the appropriate salary/supplement schedule as recommended by the Superintendent. Advanced Degree Supplement: paid for degrees held applicable to the position and above the requirements outlined in job qualifications outlined in the Board approved job description. 86 Longevity supplement (SPLN7, SPLN8), as authorized by section 121.021(22)(3)(b) Florida Statutes, of $2,000 for administrators with a minimum of 10 years FRS-creditable service as an administrator. For administrators transferring into an administrative position from an instructional position, St. Lucie County School District instructional experience in excess of 10 years will count toward this Supplement. Enrollment is defined as annualized unweighted FTE reported for each school site in October of the current year. Free/Reduced percentages are calculated in October using October unweighted FTE and the number of students with approved free and reduced priced meal applications on file for each school. Extracurricular Activities point levels are based on frequency of after-school activities at various school levels scheduled outside of normal school hours. Points are as follows: Principal Assist.
