Note that according to the Majors Program ACDEANISNT 5420.4C, to graduate with Honors in
addition to the standards required for all degrees at USNA, midshipmen must have:
1) a minimum CQPR of 3.0 in all courses required for the core academic program plus
EN200 and EM300 or their equivalents,
2) a minimum CQPR of 3.5 in all courses that comprise the majors portion of the honors
major, and
3) No grade of “D” or “F” on the final transcript in any academic or professional course.
