She has particular expertise in discrimination law and practises too in the areas of industrial law and employment law. She is a Senior Fellow of the University of Melbourne Law School, where she is visiting lecturer, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Employment and Labour Relations Law. Carol is a member of the Editorial Board of the Employment Law Bulletin, published by LexisNexis, and wrote the chapter on Freedom from Discrimination and Harassment in the Australian Charter of Employment Rights.
