Venn Book
Take 3 sheets of 8 ½ x 11 inch copy paper and fold horizontally (hamburger) and
then vertically (hotdog).
Turn the folded book so that the folds are at the bottom. Hold the vertical fold in the
hand that you do not cut with. You are going to cut an arc from the bottom outside
edge to about an inch from the top folded edge. This will create a circle when you
open the pages up.
Fold each circle to form a half moon (vertical fold) and glue the three half moons
together. Then glue them into a cover made from 9 x 12 construction paper.
You can use this book for comparisons since the circles form a Venn Diagram.
