PS9011 – Administrative Function Table
Required table. Maintained by SBCTC-ITD.
The Administrative Function Table identifies administrative functions that an employee performs in a
job classification. The administrative function code is added to the Job Class Table (PS9004) for exempt
job classifications. The administrative function code is used for the Quarterly Staff Extract and IPEDS
report.
The protected functions on the Administrative Function screen are A (Add), C (Change), and D (Delete).
To request that an administrative function code be added, deleted, or changed, complete an
Administrative Function Table (PS9011) Update Form (see Appendix D of the PPMS Control Tables
manual for sample request forms).

Group Inform and Account PLIB).
