PS9036 – Leave of Absence Reason Table
Required table. Maintained by SBCTC-ITD. Use this screen to view the reasons for a leave of absence and
the descriptive title for each reason.
The protected functions on this screen are A (Add), C (Change), and D (Delete). To request that a leave
of absence reason code be added or deleted or its title changed, complete a Leave of Absence Reason
Table (PS9036) Update Form (see Appendix D of the PPMS Control Tables manual for sample request
forms).
