Pledge for Fathers and Men

• I will take my child(ren) to school as often as possible, and I will encourage all children
to do their best every day at school.
• I will seek volunteer opportunities at my child(ren)’s school for a minimum of ten hours this
school year.
• I will view and discuss my child(ren)’s progress report or grade report each quarter.
• I will meet with my child(ren)’s teachers at least two times this year and support them in
educating my child.
• I will mentor my child(ren) and will teach the values of education and family as well as the
value of life by modeling and always being there for him/her/them.
• I will commit to attend my child(ren)’s extra-curricular activities.
• I will work with my child(ren)’s mother or guardian to achieve the best academic and social
outcomes for my child(ren).
