or login by another individual, with my knowledge, will result in my loss of my WVLearns account.
2. I understand that I may not access another educator’s WVLearns account with their login or
password. Accessing another educator’s WVLearns account will result in the loss of my WVLearns
account and/or possible review of the WV and/or County Acceptable Use Policy for further action.
3. It is my responsibility to have frequent access to a working computer with online access, a word
processor and tools necessary to open, read, edit and save Microsoft Office documents and files.
4. It is my responsibility to access the “system check” for my computer (on the front page of
http://wvlearns.k12.wv.us) and as well make sure that I can open, read/ view, edit, save and
create Microsoft Office Word or .pdf files necessary for this course.
5. I agree to keep my WVLearns profile up-to-date. I will provide my WV public schools email
address, a phone number where I can be contacted and an address where I receive mail. If I do
not qualify for WV public schools email address, I will await approval by WVDE, following
prompting by my course facilitator, to use another e-mail account.
6. All work associated with the course for which I am enrolled is to be work specific to the current
session for which I am enrolled. I will not use work created for another course or a previous
session of the course for which I am enrolled. Non-degree graduate credit will not be awarded
twice for the same course.
7. I understand all Orientation week assignments must be completed within the first scheduled week
of the course. Failure to complete all assignments for the course Orientation will result in my being

Orientation session. I understand this is a requirement to remain in the course.

with facilitator approval, I may be one week behind in the course only once during the duration of
the course.
11. I agree to complete all readings, activities and course work during each week’s session with

hours of non-degree graduate credit for successful course completion. Three hours of non-degree
credit will be awarded for a minimum of 45 hours of coursework. If I desire non-degree graduate
