ADDENDUM 2 TO ITB 14-30 – Preventative Maintenance for Generators
This addendum is issued as a part of the aforementioned ITB. The changes incorporated herein are an
amendment to and supersede those conditions shown in the original solicitation. The Proposer shall
acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing this form and returning with their submittal. Failure to do so
may subject Proposer to disqualification.
Q1. Will Bids be accepted with the stipulation that final terms and conditions of contract will be negotiable and
agreed upon following award?
A1. Include your exceptions to the terms and conditions with your bid submittal.
Q2. Can you please provide the kw size of each generator?
A2. The KW size of each generator can be located within the unit serial number.
Q3. The amendment proved helpful however, there are still discrepancy’s in the info. The list is as follows.
 Bayshore Elem. -Does not have the correct info to identify generator.
 Lincoln Park Acad.- Has a different generator then what is on file.
 Manatee Elem. -Has a different generator then what is on file.
 North Port -Has a different generator.
 Oak Hammock – Does not have good model info.
 PSL High – Does not have good model info.
 Southern Oak Middle – I need the engine info.
 South county compound and SLW Service #2 have the same serial numbers. Can’t be possible.
 Treasure Coast High School – Does not have good model and serial number.
