II. TIME SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Arts Alive 2015!
Start planning now! Arts Alive 2015 will be Friday, April 3rd at the Clay Center in Charleston,
WV. Performances and exhibited art work in Arts Alive 2015 may still be selected from
professional conferences, festivals and/or exhibits. However, every arts discipline (Dance,
Music, Theatre and Visual Arts) will now also have an alternative submission process for 2015.
There will no longer be a requirement or pre-requisite that teachers must belong to their
professional organization to submit work for consideration. Any arts teacher (Pre-K-12th grade)
will be able to submit work for consideration in Arts Alive. All submission guidelines will be
available in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more details as we continue to grow and evolve
