As in previous years, no non-compliant results were reported from the national monitoring programme for farmed finfish in 2013. 2013 FSAI study on residues in fishery products: This study has demonstrated that levels of dioxins, furans, and PCBs in Irish fish, farmed mussels, and prawns are well below the relevant legislative limits for these contaminants.
