Dr. Ulrich Hauck

Dr. Ulrich Hauck (b. 1964), studied business administration at the University of Munich, after which he
obtained his doctorate from the University of Innsbruck.
Following an eight-year tenure as an auditor and tax consultant at WEDIT Deloitte & Touche, he moved to
Rheinmetall AG in 1998, where he was in charge of group accounting and trade accounts and reported
directly to the company CFO. Dr. Hauck began his career at Bayer AG in 2003, where he was responsible for
worldwide accounting and group controlling as manager of the Group Accounting & Controlling unit. In this
function, he assumed a variety of leadership and project management responsibilities.
In April 2015, Dr. Hauck assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer in the Schaeffler Group. He took over
this function from Klaus Rosenfeld, who had been both CEO and Chief Financial Officer of Schaeffler AG
since October 4, 2013.
