Juergen Worrich Schaeffler AG Supervisory Board Member After completing secondary school, Juergen Worrich undertook a mechanical engineering degree program at Carolo Wilhelmina University in Brunswick. Once he finished his studies, Juergen Worrich started his professional career in 1984 at Hans Kolbe & Co. KG in the area of professional and private satellite receiver system design. In 1990, Juergen Worrich joined the Schaeffler Group at the Herzogenaurach location as a department manager for CAD/CAM applications and software development. From 2001 to 2010, he was involved with the introduction of SAP at Schaeffler, devising rules for the product master data and serving as the project and subproject manager for SAP master data systems, and he worked in data analysis and data integration for companies added in Germany and Asia. In 2010, Juergen Worrich was elected as the chairman of the Group Works Council of Schaeffler AG in Germany. Since his election in 2014, Juergen Worrich has been chairman of the European Works Council of Schaeffler AG. In addition to his role in the Schaeffler AG Supervisory Board, Juergen Worrich is a member of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board.
