During March 2014, there were 114,808 monthly visits to social care related content. In terms of growth, the area keeps pace with the overall site growth by continually accounting for around 0.25% of all NHS Choices visits. The 0.3% increase in the % of overall site traffic actually translates
to an 85% year on year growth figure, meaning scoial care content is growing at a faster pace than the overall site which grew by 64%.
The overall site growth month on month was 14% and 2 areas within Social Care managed to exceed that in Livewell (19% growth) and NHS England (25% growth). Yearly growth sees one area increase more than the site as a whole. Treatements & Conditions, which is mostly consisted of
the dementia guide, saw a year on year increase of 216%.
Year on year, several pages saw tremendous growth, with the Dementia and Legal Issues page rising by more than 650%, Dememntia and Care Homes hitting 537% and Dementia and Finances growing by 460%.
Please note that these figures do not include adoption and fostering areas. These can be included in a seperate report.
