Pat Geadelmann is an inspiring woman. She joined the UNI family in 1972 and has had countless
accomplishments as she comes to the end of her journey with us. Pat has always provided extraordinary
service to the University, its students and families and she will be dearly missed as she sets out on her
next adventure.
She has been involved in many projects across the University, including, but not limited to: the
renovations of Seerley Hall and Wright Hall, the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center, the Human
Performance Center and the Wellness and Recreation Center.
Pat has a history of involvement with politics and it was only fitting when she was named the special
assistant to the president for board and government relations. Her position put her front and center
with state and federal lawmakers and the Iowa Board of Regents.
Pat has made innumerable contributions to the University of Northern Iowa, the School of Health,
Physical Education and Leisure services and its students. She will be greatly missed by all and we wish
her simply the best.
