encouragedtoincludedoctoralstudentsupportonresearchgrantbudgetswheneverpossible.Theintegrationof
doctoralstudentsintheresearchenterpriserepresentsacriticalcomponentoftheirtrainingandexternalsupport
fordoctoralstudentswillprovidenecessaryfundingforexpandingtheschool’sdoctoraleducationofferings.
Thisformmustbecompletedwheneveradoctoralstudentisbudgetedonagranttoanexternalsourceandeither
thebudgetedstudentwagesand/orbudgetedstudenttuitionamountsarelessthantherequiredamountslistedin
