The University of California Statistical Summary of Students and Staff Fall 2004 Statistical Summary of Students and Staff University of California Fall 2004 Foreword The University of California Statistical Summary of Students and Staff for fall 2004 is divided into three sections: Enrollment, Degrees Conferred, and Personnel. Each section provides information for the University as a whole and for each of the ten campuses at which students are enrolled: Berkeley, Davis, Irvine, Los Angeles, Merced, Riverside, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, and Santa Cruz. The Personnel section also provides information for the Office of the President and the Division of Agriculture & Natural Resources. Explanatory notes located at the end of the document provide definitions for the terms used in the tables. In addition to current-year information, this Statistical Summary of Students and Staff displays statistics for the prior year and the percentage change between years. All enrollment counts consist of students who are registered at the end of the third week of classes. Students in the Education Abroad Program are included in the enrollment of each campus. 2.
