1. Call to Order by Thielman at 2:41 pm
2. Approval of November 6, 2015 Minutes
Motion to approve by Ogden/Klem seconded
Motion carried.
3. Consultants gave updates on the status of the progress of their assigned program director’s work on the selfstudy. Thielman discussed timing of upcoming meetings.
4. Ogden gave a brief update on the goal of creating a set of PRC instructions for program directors and new
consultants.
5. M.S. Marriage and Family Therapy, Presentation. Program director Dr. Dale Hawley presented highlights,
strengths and concerns about the Marriage and Family Therapy program and responded to questions from
committee members.
6. M.S. Applied Psychology, Presentation. Program director Ms. Libby Smith presented highlights, strengths and
concerns about the Applied Psychology program and responded to questions from committee members.
7. Discussion of the timing of program presentations. Suggestion was made to construct agendas in an effort to
ensure that there is time after presentations for immediate discussion of the programs.
8. Brief discussion of the M.S. Marriage and Family Therapy program.
